CHICAGO, Ill. -- With the BIG EAST season nearing its conclusion Villanova journeyed here eager to add to its points totals. A first half goal from junior Aaron Dennis and solid defense delivered the Wildcats a 1-0 victory here this afternoon over DePaul. The win boosts VU's overall record to 8-7-1 overall, 3-4-0 in the BIG EAST.

Freshman scores twice in Villanova win

VILLANOVA, Pa. -- The first two goals of freshman Max Kroschwitz’s career helped rally Villanova to a 2-1 victory over Penn in a Philly Soccer Six men’s soccer match on a beautiful early fall afternoon here at the Soccer Complex. The two goals came in 4:24 span late in the second half to help the Wildcats even their overall record at 3-3-1 while the Quakers fell to 2-4-0.

Junior nets winner for 'Nova vs. Stony Brook

STONY BROOK, N.Y. -- Juniors Hayden Harr and Oscar Umar teamed up on the only goal of the afternoon as the Villanova Wildcats evened their record at 2-2-1 with a 1-0 victory over the host Seawolves at LaValle Stadium today.
