After giving a verbal commitment to head coach David MacWilliams back in April, Cumberland Valley High School's Jared Martinelli (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) signed his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday, making it official that he be playing his collegiate soccer at Temple University.
